Portal Services: This is where you can perform real time eligibility for some payers, view claims that EBS is processing electronically for you, and view remits that are being returned electronically by the payer.
Mobile Reporting: Monthly reports are available on the 8th day of each month. These management reports should be monitored on a regular basis. The Billing Journal will show you all claims being billed. The Cash Receipts Journal will show you all claims being reconciled. The Aged Accounts Receivable will show you not yet reconciled. The Unbilled Revenue will show you claims that are currenting on a billing hold or pending additional information.
Patient Statements: New patient statements are available on the first business day following the 8th day of the month. You will need to download, review and mail these statements to your patients. EBS also provides a service that will do this for you. To request this service, contact our EBS Enrollment Team at 573-472-3613 Option 3.

The following button will allow you to access our EBS Portal Services. These services will allow you to view claim status, view/print payment remittance advices (EOB's), and allow you to check a patient's eligibility real-time.

The following link will allow you to access your month end, management reporting (Cash Receipts indicating cash posted during the month), Billing Journal (indicating claims billed during the month), Unbilled Revenue (indicating claims pending information needed for billing), Aged AR Report (indicating outstanding claim balances), and many other free reports. You can also choose to purchase additional standard reports or custom made reports. New reports are available on the 8th day of every month.
